I'm a local Charleston Realtor® who primarily specializes in selling residential/multifamily real estate, selling investment properties, and assisting investors to find their next best deal. As a CofC graduate, Charleston and the surrounding areas are my expertise. Being in the business since 2017, I make sure to consistently communicate, pay attention to key details in each transaction and negotiate strong terms to ensure pristine service for my clients. I'm proud to say I will be receiving the Realtor of Distinction Award - Silver Circle for 2023, which ranks me in the top 10% of Realtors in Charleston, so rest assured you're working with an experienced agent. My bread and butter is investment properties and listing properties. For investors, I'm seasoned in finding flips, selling flips, acquiring rentals, BRRRRs, off market properties, providing rehab quotes with trusted contractors, the list GOES ON! Outside of real estate, I enjoy music production, playing video games, entertaining get-togethers with friends, and spending time with my fantastic girlfriend, Victoria. You can typically catch me at any local restaurant, sometimes breweries, relaxing at the beach... and cleaning my car.
